To achieve this goal, the player must successfully do the following:

• Get the best ending out of all the Living threads.
• Manage to make Pythia Solution loose their partnership with the government
• Manage to keep everyone’s suspicion to the lowest
• Manage to never trigger any pattern related suspicion

The government’s trust into Pythia Solution is actively tracked in the game’s states. The player will never get to see an actual number, but will basically trigger the end cinematic if this trust reaches 0 (while it starts at 100, and can go up to 200)

Conclusion cinematic

It’s important to note that while this is the best ending, it’s not exactly an happy one, maybe more of a satisfying one. For the happy one, check the Late Awakening Path.

The player will see that the government will summon the Pythia Solution’s headquarters to cut their relationship. This news will make the big titles in everybody’s newsfeed. Pythia Solution will be then bought for next to nothing by P&S Technologies, that will have signed a contract with the government to resume the business.

The cinematic should also include that the government meets with the head of the rebellion to talk it over.

The important thing to keep in mind is that things that could have been gone in a file or two are big enough to force the government to have to handle it publicly.

At the end of those cinematics, the player is being seen in the bathroom’s mirror. The dark eyes and the tired look are still present, but this time, the character has a big smile on their face.
